The ideal candidate has 2+ years of milling experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of milling or heavy equipment experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read grade stakes, plans, and work orders.
• Solid mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
• Strong communication with crew.

Aufgaben

• Operate milling machines to remove asphalt to specified depth, grade, and slope.
• Set up equipment including drum selection and grade controls.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with ground crew and foreman for material removal.
• Monitor depth, speed, and pattern to meet specs.
