Qualifications

• AWS welding certification or equivalent.
• Experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Comfort operating manual or CNC milling machines.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld on metal parts in various positions (vertical, flat, overhead).
• Read blueprints and specs to determine fabrication steps.
• Operate manual or CNC milling machines to machine components.
• Cut, fit, grind, and assemble materials per design specs.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and weld quality.
