Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Must pass MIG Welder certification.

• Operate forklifts and cranes; maintain certifications.
• Read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Proficient with hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench, drill, grinder, bander).
• Use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers).
• Convert fractions/decimals and metric/English measurements.
• Produce high-quality work.
• Set up and operate processing machines.
• Speak, write, and comprehend conversational English.
