Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Forest Grove, Oregon is seeking a production operator to join our manufacturing team. You will read blueprints and engineering notes, set and adjust processing equipment, monitor production parameters, and ensure output meets strict time-sensitive targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of circuit board terminology and production processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering notes in English.
• Experience with CNC machinery and measurement/inspection tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production time-sensitive disciplines and schedules.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operating parameters.
• Read blueprints and engineering notes to produce designed products.
• Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed.
• Follow dispatches and adapt to schedule changes for Hot Orders.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate customer-focused culture.
