Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Metrology or related technical field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with dimensional inspections.
• Proficient in metrology tools: CMM, calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to interpret drawings.
• Experience with metrology software: PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS.
• Ability to perform gauge calibration and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on metrology equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair measurement equipment and systems.
• Develop and maintain calibration procedures and documentation.
• MSA including Gauge R&R studies.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.
• Provide training on measurement techniques to manufacturing personnel.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure quality standards compliance.
