Job summary

Amphenol Charles Industries is seeking a Metal Stamping Operator C to set up and operate progressive stamping presses and related equipment. You will adjust machine settings, follow procedures, and meet specifications in a fast-paced metal stamping environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, forklift certification, and compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. Safety shoes and PPE are required in this production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA & environmental regs knowledge preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination considered.
• Forklift certification and ability to safely operate lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a coil metal de-coiler.
• Set up and run a material feeder/straightener.
• Set up and run an Open Back Inclinable (OBI) stamping press with progressive dies.
• Set up and run deburring/tumbling equipment.
• Operate other equipment associated with metal stamping production.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
