WCS Industries is seeking an experienced Metal Machine Set up Operator for their North Branch, Minnesota location. The role involves manufacturing precision components, setting up and operating machines under strict quality specifications, engaging in continuous improvement, and maintaining safety standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in a 5S environment and a background in metal stamping or machining.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal stamping, machining or cold heading preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture precision Cold Headed components to quality specifications.
• Set up and operate Cold Headers to fabricate parts.
• Perform setup, in process and final part inspection.
