Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
• Able to operate forklifts and cranes with required certifications.
• Read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Proficient with measuring tools: tape measure, calipers, micrometers.
• Convert fractions to decimals and metric to English.
• Capable of setting up and operating processing machines.
• English speaking/writing comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Set up and operate machines, adjust tooling, and fixtures as needed.
• Operate multiple machines such as saws, grinders, oxy/plasma burners, laser cutters, and lathes.
• Ensure accuracy and quality to meet internal/external requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform other duties as assigned.
