Job summary

ProMach polishes metal parts in a Deer Park, NY facility, operating hand and bench tools to deburr and finish components to spec. The role sits in the Modern Packaging division supporting automated filling equipment for various industries.

Training is provided if polishing experience is lacking, with emphasis on safety, reading work instructions, and teamwork. Overtime and some Saturday hours may be required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Previous polishing or metal-finishing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and participate in discussions in English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating procedures.
• Capacity to stay organized and perform work safely and methodically.
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
• Punctuality and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate small electric and pneumatic hand and bench tools.
• Deburr and polish metal parts using abrasives and hand tools.
