Job summary

JR Metal Works LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Metal Forming Specialist to set up and operate press brake equipment, bend and shape metal components to blueprint specifications, and support production goals with strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will work with the day shift, read drawings, use measuring tools, and maintain equipment while following JRMW processes.

Qualifications

Press brake operation experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and bend deductions.
Mathematical aptitude.
Proficiency using measuring tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Follow fabrication drawings, specifications, and verbal instructions to build parts, structures, and mechanical component assemblies from a wide variety of materials.
Safely and efficiently run all machines involved in the fabrication and completion of parts.
Periodically test operation of machines for any issues.
Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation.
Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and orderly manner and report all equipment problems.
Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.
