MINDA North America, LLC in Granite Falls, NC is seeking a Material Handling Welder/Fabricator to weld and fabricate equipment per drawings. You will work from production layouts, meet tight tolerances, and use grinders, saws, and drill presses to finish assemblies.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality, following safety protocols, and collaborating with a diverse shop team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt role starting with a structured onboarding process.

Competenze

• Welding on steel and aluminum with TIG and MIG processes.
• Ability to read production drawings and document tolerances.
• Must pass an internal welding test during onboarding.

• Fabricate material handling equipment to drawing specs with tight tolerances.
• Maintain accuracy within 1/16 inch; adherence to sight-line tolerances.
• Use shop tools to meet drawing requirements and efficiency standards.
