Job summary

Moiron, a division of Leggett & Platt, Incorporated, located in northwest Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking 1st/2nd/3rd shift Production Machine Operators to join our metal fabrication team. You will operate a range of machines that cut, form, and assemble metal parts.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn; prior experience in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment is a plus. We offer stable hours on all shifts and an Equal Opportunity Employment policy.

Qualifications

• Must have a mechanical ability and a strong desire to learn.
• Actual experience in a fast-paced metal fabrication facility (considered a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operate different metal fabrication machines such as cutoff saws, punch presses, hydraulic presses, forming machines, drilling machines, bending machines, robotic welders and other machines that cut, shape, and bend metal plates, tubes, and other various parts.
