Impact Fab, a custom fabrication shop in Holland, Michigan, is seeking an entry-level metal worker to join our team. You will work alongside skilled metalworkers, assist with fabrication, and learn about metalworking, welding, and fabrication processes.

The role offers a hands-on learning environment with opportunities for advancement in a family-owned shop that values quality and teamwork. Evening shift supported, with overtime and periodic bonuses.

We are seeking a Entry Level Metal worker to join our team.

Work Schedule: 8:00 pm - 6:30 am Monday night - Friday morning with a long weekend every week!

Responsibilities Include:

• Working alongside skilled metalworkers to assist with fabrication process
• General shop responsibilities including organizing parts, clean up, basic fabrication
• Learning about metalworking, welding, and fabrication
• Applying skills learned to new jobs and projects
