The position offers a $20.00 per hour starting base pay, a Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, and overtime on Fridays as needed. Candidates should be able to read drawings, follow directions, and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Mechanical ability or aptitude preferred.
• Ability to read and match numbers accurately.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions and communicate to personnel.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote a safe working environment.
• Ability to obtain equipment license or power equipment certification as required.
• Schedule flexibility based on responsibilities and priorities.
• Ability to work with others to accomplish related results.

Responsibilities

• Operates fabrication equipment per work instructions.
• Ensures high quality of each part fabricated.
• Sets up machinery and performs daily cleaning tasks near machine.
• Works on different machines to meet production goals.
• Reviews daily goals and units produced; works toward schedule attainment.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps supervisor informed of developments and issues; coordinates with others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
