Responsibilities

• Measure, compare and perform shop calculations to ensure conformance with engineering or sales specifications using tools and equipment in the shop
• Material fit ups and layouts with steel
• Position and secure workpieces using hand tools, forklifts, etc.
• Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions
• Sand and grind
• Break out steel
• Steel panel assembly with bolt together construction
• Material handling/forklift
