Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior assembly experience, especially in a metal manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read instructions, drawings, and measurements.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Exposure to noise, vibration from tools, dust, dirt, and grease.
• Some areas with high noise levels.
• Exposure to outdoor elements and high heat during certain months.

Responsibilities
