Qualifications

• Ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
• Follow established methods and procedures and work efficiently in time-driven environments.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and fellow workers in writing and verbally.
• Ability to lift and maneuver objects as described in safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to knowledge of unit or blueprints.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, or fasteners using hand/power tools.
• Remove metal to ensure close fit between parts as required.
• Tend to machines for fastening operations per specifications.
• Adhere to safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist in training others as requested by supervisor.
• Work overtime hours if required.
