Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team in Wisconsin. You will assemble metal parts according to blueprints, position components, and fasten pieces using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit and quality.

Responsibilities include reading build sheets, maintaining safe and organized workspaces, and supporting training of colleagues. Some overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read build sheets and blueprints.
• Must follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to unit knowledge or blueprints.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets or other fasteners using hand, air and/or power tools.
• Remove small amounts of metal to achieve close fits between parts.
• Operate and tend machines for fastening operations as specified.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in training others as requested by supervisor.
• Overtime may be required.
