Job summary

Diaceutics is seeking a Precision Medicine Liaison (PML) to support laboratories in adopting precision medicine testing and enabling patient access to therapies. You will work with pathologists, laboratory managers, and other decision-makers to translate scientific content into practical guidance and drive program progress.

The role is remote in the US with occasional face-to-face lab visits, conferences, and periodic travel to Diaceutics’ New Jersey office as needed.

Qualifications

• Scientific/industry experience; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Confident identifying, approaching and building relationships with laboratory stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adapt scientific content for different audiences.
• Proactive, practical problem-solving approach to complex challenges.
• Collaborate across teams and priorities, independently and in virtual settings.
• Pharma/Diagnostics US regulatory knowledge advantageous.
• Based in the US, travel occasionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Program delivery and scientific engagement across multiple programs; translate requirements to lab personnel.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and build relationships within target accounts for scientific exchange.
• Engage with pathologists and laboratory staff to support education on new diagnostic testing and therapy options in the US.
• Gather insights from discussions to map testing landscape, workflows, and barriers to testing.
• Prepare regular performance reports and manage CRM progression.
• Comply with laws and represent Diaceutics at regional/national meetings.
