Job summary

Arthrex Manufacturing, Ave Maria, FL, is seeking a Machine Operator (Packaging) to produce quality medical instruments. You will support assembly, inspection, labeling and packaging in a clean-room environment, following PLM/documents and work instructions.

This role involves line setup, scrap management, and ensuring DHR/ERP accuracy. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with six months of related manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of manufacturing experience related to assembly and/or packaging preferred.
• Basic knowledge of packaging processes, product assembly, and labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly and semi-annual terminal cleaning in the clean room.
• Assemble and package devices and components per instructions.
• Print/apply labels, perform inspections, and assist in line changes and setups.
