Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience as an electronic assembler with soldering proficiency.
• Proficiency with PC use, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly on PCBs per procedures.
• Test according to protocols and document results.
• Record production data in SunTech ERP.
• Follow production schedule and report changes to supervisor.
• Solder through-hole and SMT components with precision.
• Adhere to 6S and ESD safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
