Qualifications

• Basic mathematical aptitude required.
• Ability to read, follow basic blueprints, diagrams, specifications and procedures.
• Observe safety rules and wear PPE.
• Work with measurement equipment and precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a wide variety of assemblies and subassemblies to produce quality products.
• Perform microscope inspection on assembled parts and ensure quality standards.
• Read and follow procedures, BOMs, and diagrams.
• Maintain workstation inventory and participate in kaizen activities.
• Train other associates on procedures and equipment as needed.
