Job summary

Branch Medical Group seeks an Assembly Technician to assemble medical devices in a fast-paced environment. You will follow SOPs, interpret blueprints, and ensure products meet specifications.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, testing and troubleshooting, maintaining DHR records, and supporting engineering activities. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and SOPs for medical device manufacturing.
• Ability to read Bills of Materials, schematics, and drawings.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Small parts assembly experience and clean room exposure.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assembles subassemblies and finished products per SOPs and work instructions.
• Sets up and operates production equipment per GMP and SOPs.
• Interprets blueprints and ensures assemblies meet specifications.
• Tests products and troubleshoots equipment or product issues.
• Generates Device History Records and maintains organized workspace.
