Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an Associate Sewer in Irvine, CA to perform precision sewing and assembly of medical-device components in a cleanroom environment. The role demands strong hand-eye coordination, fine-motor skills, and the ability to work under a microscope while adhering to written procedures and quality standards.

You will document production data, follow GMP and safety rules, and maintain an organized work area. First shift runs from 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong fine-motor skills and precision work.
Must read and follow written procedures in English.
Experience in a cleanroom GMP environment preferred.
0–2 years experience in manufacturing preferred.
Ability to work on a microscope for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform precision sewing and assembly of medical-device components under a microscope.
Follow work instructions, procedures, and quality requirements.
Inspect and verify completed work and peer work.
Document required information in device history records.
Maintain cleanroom, GMP, safety and environmental standards.
Keep work area organized and assist with housekeeping.
Complete required training and follow procedures.
