Responsibilities
Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical device assemblies.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date job documentation for cell operations and functions.
Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly to all levels of manufacturing management.
Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices during all operations.
Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes.
Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate and all parts are traceable.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
