Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical device assemblies.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date job documentation for cell operations and functions.
• Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly to all levels of manufacturing management.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices during all operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate and all parts are traceable.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
