The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and passing basic skills test.
• May be required to complete formal training and certification in area of specialty.
• Ability to problem solve identify errors, deviations from procedures, and defective parts.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity.
• Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPG and Dupont safety policies and procedures.
• Preferred: Experience working in manufacturing
