Volt in Irvine, CA is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will follow SOPs to ensure FDA and GMP compliance and maintain full product traceability through accurate paperwork.

The ideal candidate has excellent manual dexterity, sharp attention to detail, and can work under a microscope in a cleanroom. This full-time contract role offers 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), Monday through

Qualifications

Reads, understands and follows written work instructions and verbal directions.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
Excellent manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small parts and tools.
Comfortable performing prolonged microscope work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly, repair and testing of medical catheters in a regulated manufacturing setting.
Follow SOPs to ensure FDA, GMP and quality system compliance.
Complete paper and electronic documentation to maintain full product traceability and support investigations.
Handle small components precision parts, including microscope work.
Maintain a team‑oriented attitude with internal and external customers.
Adhere to safety procedures and cleanroom protocols.
