Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a manufacturing/assembly worker for light assembly and inspection. You will read blueprints, operate manual and automated equipment, inspect parts, and document manufacturing records.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
• Identify defects in workmanship.
• Demonstrate competency in assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to core beliefs, safety, and quality policy.
• Sets up equipment for assembly per MPI and QWI.
• Follows standard work and understands production flow.
• Assembles parts per print using manual/automatic machines.
• Inspects parts for conformance (visual/dimensional).
• Completes device history records and GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipping.
• Participates in team efforts to improve process and quality.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Participates in flex break programs as required.
• Expands skills through on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
• Performs other duties as required.
