Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Mechanical Quality Inspector in Huntsville, AL to inspect aerospace components and assemblies for compliance with drawings and the data package. The role requires GD&T proficiency and experience with precision measurement.

You will perform first article inspections per AS9102 standards and document results using standard office software. Government clearance eligibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5) and be able to read complex drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and dimensional verification.
• Experience with government/defense quality standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, purchase orders and standards to determine quality status.
• Use precision measuring instruments to confirm dimensional compliance.
• Perform GD&T measurements to verify component and assembly conformance.
• Determine acceptance or rejection of materials and document non-conformances.
• Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections.
• Document inspection results accurately using MS Office.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the quality program.
