Qualifications

• Ability to apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5 with limited assistance.
• Strong communication with supervision and teamwork within a manufacturing setting.
• Basic MS Word and Excel skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify inspection data with double gaging and resolve discrepancies.
• Set up and run moderately complex inspection programs and diagnose issues.
• Interpret dimensional tolerances and apply to components of enhanced complexity.
• Participate in root-cause analysis to prevent customer escapes.
• Engage in 5S and sustainment activities and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Attend on-site shifts reliably; may work overtime or alternate shifts.
• Collaborate across functions to address issues as they arise.
