Qualifications

• Follow detailed operation manuals to ensure consistent results.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Read blueprints and assemble components (preferred).
• Able to perform repetitive motions with lightweight parts.
• Collaborate with team to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into final products using written instructions.
• Operate hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters) and power tools with precision.
• Complete packing operations and prepare items for shipment using auto tape dispensers.
• Maintain a safe, secure work area by following all company safety practices.
• Collaborate across the team to resolve issues and maintain a supportive culture.
• Incorporate coaching from manufacturing leaders to elevate output and quality.
• Contribute beyond your station when needed to meet deadlines.
