Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Read assembly blueprints in English format.
• Willing to work overtime and some weekends.
• Solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Follow shop safety practices and QA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies to make finished products.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Position and align parts manually or with hoists.
• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Maintain and clean work area and equipment.
• Prepare work by gathering parts, tools, and materials.
• Inspect assemblies for correct fit and dimensions.
• Document production and quality information.
