We value detail-oriented, dexterous workers who can read 3D models, use hand tools, and communicate effectively with supervision to ensure quality and timely production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade schooling preferred.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow directions.
• Experience assembling cabinets and control panels in manufacturing.
• Dexterity to handle small hardware and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated and electrical components and subassemblies.
• Prepare, position, assemble, and verify parts per design.
• Interpret 3D models and follow torque drawings.
• Inspect parts and report quality issues to supervisors.
