Job summary

CPI Electron Device Business, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented operator for precision assembly in Beverly, MA. You will mount parts into fixtures for welding and brazing, following technical drawings and procedures, with on-the-job training provided.

The role requires the ability to read drawings, work under microscopes, and maintain high accuracy in a clean manufacturing environment. Prior experience with ceramics or metal welding is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with ceramics, precious metals welding or furnace operations preferred.
• This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to ITAR and EAR; must be a US person.

Responsibilities

• Precision assembly of machine parts into fixtures for welding and brazing.
• Read and follow technical drawings and procedures.
• Work part time under microscopes and magnifiers; operate microscopes.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
