Job summary

Ralliant Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Chandler, AZ to support production with hands-on assembly and continuous improvement efforts. The role includes working in explosive handling areas, performing inert assemblies, soldering where needed, and following precise instructions from drawings and procedures.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of assembly experience and be able to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• No formal education required for this position; however, one–two years of industry assembly work is preferred.
• Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English.
• Soldering/welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in the operations and assembly process.
• Perform inert assembly operations and set up the powder press for pressing operations.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to assemble, modify or rework units; set up and use analytical balance as needed.
• Work in explosive handling areas and maintain safety and compliance; attend offsite training to maintain certifications if required.
• Assist with basic cabling, tinning and assembly tasks as part of the production team.
