Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical assembly or machine building experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work from assembly drawings, blueprints, instructions, and specifications
• Plan assembly tasks in the proper sequence
• Assemble sections of machinery based on customer specifications
• Perform precision mechanical assembly with rotating shafts and gear trains
• Use hand and power tools for assembly
• Use precision measuring instruments to align and ensure accuracy
• Meet quality and production requirements through documentation
• Collaborate with team to resolve production or quality issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
