Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.

• Experience with foam encapsulation and staking is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, fit, align, and secure components/subassemblies using hand/power tools.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
• Perform foam encapsulation and staking procedures.
• Inspect assemblies for fit, function, workmanship, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Identify assembly issues and communicate them to the right personnel.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
