Job summary

You will read blueprints, follow engineering drawings, perform subassembly soldering, maintain inventory, and conduct quality inspections while collaborating in a fast-paced team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and drawings.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate common software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions to assemble equipment and products.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters, and drills.
• Perform soldering in subassembly operations.
• Maintain inventory of products at workstations.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are found.
• Rework and/or repair products according to engineering specification changes.
• Support team objectives by completing assigned tasks and proactively assisting with additional work as needed.
• Work effectively in a highly efficient environment while meeting production goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
