Job summary

MP Systems in Enfield, CT is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a growing CNC accessories manufacturer. This role builds pre-picked materials into assemblies, follows BOMs and blueprints, and collaborates with team leaders to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM), blueprints, and schematics.
Understanding of part numbering systems and inventory organization.
Knowledge of quality, health, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Review and follow production work orders and associated documentation (e.g., Bills of Materials, schematics, blueprints).
Complete documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Identify and distinguish raw materials using part numbering systems and store in correct locations.
Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding assembly instructions, workflow adjustments, and scheduling.
Will be required to pass training onsite with forklifts, cranes, baler and compactors at location.
Properly use hand and powered tools daily and build assemblies in designated areas.
