Price Chopper Supermarkets is seeking a Meat Cutter to provide fast, friendly service while accurately cutting all meat according to trim specifications. You will ensure the quality and freshness of meat for display and assist customers with requests.

Must be 18+, able to pass a cutting test, and adhere to sanitation and safety procedures. Prior related experience preferred for daily operations at the store level.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Consistently provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Cut and prepare meat using knives, saws, cubers and grinders.
• Ensure proper wrapping, weighing and labeling of meat merchandise.
• Adhere to all meat department procedures, case layout and trim specifications.
• Follow sanitation and temperature guidelines per corporate and state standards.
• Receive meat products delivered to store location.
• Control shrink through policy adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
