Job summary

Miller CAT in Dallas, TX is seeking a Material Handler to oversee the accurate movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will receive, inspect, unload, store, stage for production, and maintain inventory accuracy while supporting safety and efficiency.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in warehousing or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory labels.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Stage materials for production according to work orders and production schedules.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods between stations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management systems.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Label, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment, including wrapping pallets as needed.
• Maintain organized warehouse and production storage areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or safety concerns promptly.
