You will document results, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate with production and engineering to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Solid knowledge of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials.
• Verify compliance with customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify, report, and help resolve quality issues and non-conforming products.
• Support audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
