Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and tools according to training, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assemble, inspect, package, and label products to meet quality standards.
• Monitor materials and supplies, and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and company policies.
• Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
