- Experience in high-mix, low-volume environments.
- Proficient with ERP/MRP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust production schedules to support on-time delivery.
- Monitor capacity and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align schedules with priorities.
- Release travelers through ERP system.
- Generate material pull requests with Purchasing.
- Maintain planning data and calendars.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with Sales on lead times.
