Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, NH is seeking a 1st Shift Manufacturing Operator (FFD Floater). The role involves performing visual inspections of thin film circuits, preparing packaging, and executing in-process tests to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with metrology tools, and the ability to read dimensional drawings. Prior cleanroom experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of visual microscope inspection experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and MIL/IPC specifications.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings and use metrology tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate visual inspection of thin film circuits, on substrates and devices, per plans and specs.
• Prepare packaging supplies, label product, and package per specification.
• Perform in-process tests to verify critical product specs.
• Perform accurate computer transactions within ERP and other databases.
• Document and report inspection findings and results.
