Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a manufacturing operator to operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow packaging procedures, and maintain clean, organized workstations. You will support production flow, perform basic quality checks, and assist with changeovers as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand 8-12 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Basic Math skills.
• Physical requirement: lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Safely operate machine to properly produce product and follow proper packaging procedures for external customers.
• Move materials and finished products to maintain proper flow.
• Meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment before, during, and after shifts.
• Assist in changeovers when called by supervisor or front end operators.
