Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated with good verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• For Levels II/III, manufacturing experience >6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to meet daily production requirements and quality standards.
• Read and follow manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Visually inspect product for defects and document results.
• Segregate and document rejected or scrap product per procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work area.
• Adhere to GDP and clean room guidelines; learn Lock Out Tag Out as needed.
• Notify leads of problems and assist with training where required.
