This role offers a steady schedule Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with pay range $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of assembly experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a collaborative, safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in assembly or related manufacturing fields.
• Able to read blueprints, diagrams and production documents.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products or components following instructions, blueprints and diagrams.
• Interpret and work with production documents accurately to maintain quality.
• Safely operate hand tools and powered equipment for assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to protocols.
• Conduct quality checks throughout production to meet standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet output goals.
