Job summary

Aerotek is seeking reliable Manufacturing Assemblers in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area to join a growing production team. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components following specifications while upholding quality and safety in a fast-paced setting.

The role is contract to hire with first, second, and third shift opportunities, offering weekly pay and benefits. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and assembly procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery as needed.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and material handling duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
