Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in Oklahoma. You will diagnose, repair, and assemble rotating machinery, using engine lathes, milling machines, grinders, and related equipment while following strict safety procedures.

You will read drawings and blueprints, perform precision measurements with micrometers and dial indicators, and prepare items for shipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years related experience in manual machining
• Experience preferred with manual machining equipment
• Ability to read micrometer measuring equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose incoming units, disassemble, repair, assemble, and prepare items for shipment
• Operate engine lathes, horizontal lathes, milling machines, grinders and drill presses
• Safely use overhead, gantry cranes, and lift trucks, and associated lift rigging
• Perform measurements with dial indicators, micrometers, and vibration equipment
• Draw prints for parts needing fabrication
